Science. Find out how your muscles work. Watch the video then try holding a tin of beans in each hand. Stretch out your arms to the side. How long can you hold the cans for before your arms begin to ache ? Ask a sibling or an adult at home to try this too. Who can keep going for the longest ? Make sure it's a fair test and maybe draw a table to record your results. The more you use your muscles, the stronger they will become. You can maybe think of some more investigations to test the strength of some different muscles in your body.

Why not keep a food diary of what you eat for a few days and see how balanced your diet is? You could also design a poster to show what a balanced diet is.
